Where are my PDFs?
Open the Files app, then On My iPhone, then the Pagezy folder. Your documents are in the Library folder inside it. You can also find them in the Documents tab of Pagezy.
The scanner does not open
The document scanner needs the camera of a real iPhone and your permission. Open Settings, then Pagezy, and allow Camera. You can still turn photos into a PDF without it.
What counts as a free result?
A PDF you create or change: a scan, photos to PDF, a merge, a saved page edit, a compression, a password or a signature. Opening, importing, renaming and sharing never use one.
I forgot the password of a PDF
Pagezy does not store passwords, so it cannot recover one. Keep an unlocked copy of any document you may need later.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings in Pagezy, then Restore Purchase, with the Apple ID that bought it.
How do I cancel the yearly plan?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Pagezy and cancel. The lifetime purchase never renews.
